After Hours Supervisor

The ideal candidate is a professional with excellent communication, management, coaching, leadership and organization skills.

This job is highly demanding and requires patience and professionalism. Experience in the transportation industry is preferred. Knowledge of AS400 IT systems, Microsoft Office and related tools are all preferred.

A four year degree is preferred.

This manager will manage 5 people.

Shift Lead -

Ensure shift is adhering to company policies

Ensure shift is trained and set up to meet the customers and drivers needs.

Ensure shift is up-to-date on current issues

Follow up on issues from the previous day and implement safeguards from future occurrence.

Escalate chronic or major issues left undone.

Provide employee accountability

Facilitate employee growth and development

Increase employee morale and satisfaction

Look for areas to develop the shift for increase productivity, efficiency and morale.

Create, submit, modify, and implement action plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Follow-up and modify as necessary.
