Service Advisor

C.R. England, global transportation solutions provider, is hiring a Service Advisor for its Intermodal Division based in SLC, Ut.

The Service Advisor is part of a fast-paced strategic environment. Our customers require individuals who monitor effectively, think strategically and plan ahead of rapidly changing situations while maintaining a positive team oriented attitude.

The Service Advisor will monitor all freight in transit to efficiently solve load issues as well as, effectively communicate appropriate and timely information to customers.

Service Advisor must be organized, self motivated and engaged with the team.

The ideal candidate is a professional with excellent communication, logical function, decision and organization skills.

This is a demanding job and requires patience and professionalism. Experience in the transportation industry is preferred. Knowledge of AS400, Microsoft Office and related tools are all preferred.

Degree is preferred. Intermodal experience is a plus.
