Overview:

CR England, one of the nation's largest refrigerated trucking companies is looking for an Instructor for our Trainer Class to assist prospective students at our driving school.

Prospective trainers are taught how to teach what it takes to be a successful CR England driver.

Responsibilities:

The Instructor will focus on:

Lifestyle Adjustment Instruction
Evaluation Instruction
Communication Instruction
Evaluation of the prospective trainers abilities, attitude, and participation
School and Company standards
Teaching Backing skills and Driving evaluations

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Class A CDL, One year recent OTR tractor/trailer experience, and Excellent safety and communication skills.
