What you will do

Complete code required inspections following Johnson Controls procedures.

Perform inspections, service and repairs on Clean agent Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites.

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs,schematicsand operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.

How you will do it

• Assistcustomers with all questions and concerns ina timelyand professional manner.
• Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.
• Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills
• PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications
• Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus
• Valid USdriverslicense
