Job Description and Requirements

We're looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team.

In this role you would be performing activities related to the development, implementation, communication, and administration of Sales Compensation related quotas, plans, and policies. We work in a fast paced, dynamic environment supporting Sales teams worldwide. If you have a strategic mindset and a strong solutions orientation, this position might be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities:
- Calculate commissions and incentive award payments based on results as compared to policies and Sales compensation plan provisions.
- Analyze sales performance results to assess, recommend, and manage compensation outcomes.
- Support the administration of sales quotas, including beginning-of-year setup, in-year changes, and ongoing automation initiatives.
- Build new and enhance existing tools to streamline processes and improve turn-around time, while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to a variety of sales compensation projects and initiatives, leveraging both strategic thinking and attention to detail.



Key Qualifications:
- Apply math, logic, and analytical skills to manage, assess and interpret data.
- Work to continuously evaluate and improve operational efficiency through system and process improvement.
- Network with multiple teams to share knowledge and improve results.

- Manage responsibilities effectively, despite multiple priorities and deadlines, with minimal supervision.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in a fast-paced team-based environment.



Preferred Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or other highly detail-oriented quantitative position.
- At least 3 years system experience in SAP, Anaplan, Callidus, SFDC, and/or other SPM solution.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $$72,000-$108,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
