Primary Responsibilities

You Will:

• Use innovative tools, like GenAI, and best in class software to develop policies, procedures, and presentations on information security topics. Rigorously edit content for clarity, structure, and grammatical correctness.
• Gather insights and translate technical jargon into clear, user-friendly educational materials and guides to inform employees about security measures and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the Bank's overall security posture.
• Stay abreast of the latest information security threats and advancements to ensure content is current and accurate including with key regulatory requirements, such as the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC. Proactively demonstrate the use of the information.
• Actively assist in maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure that the Bank can continue to operate in the event of a significant disruption or disaster.
• Support the VP - Information Security Officer to oversee third-party Partners to ensure they comply with the Bank's information security standards and policies.
• Work with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure that information security risks are adequately documented and managed as part of the Bank's overall risk management program.
• Assist SVP, Technology Enablement and the VP, Information Security in the management of security program areas and functions.

Qualifications

You Have:

• Experience: Proven track record of writing high-quality business content covering a variety of topics with a demonstrated ability to absorb a large volume of content and distill it into core concepts.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Informations Systems, or a related field with a heavy emphasis in writing.
• Technical Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; strong research abilities; and knowledge of content management systems. Experience and / or strong curiosity to use GenAI tools.
• Management Skills: excellent lateral and vertical management to link subject matter experts
• Analytical Skills: Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging writing then communicate it effectively to different audiences. .
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify potential failure points and issues in a proactive and timely manner. Stop talking about it and go fix it!
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
