Registered Nurse (PRN)

Salary: $30 - $45.00 per hour plus generous shift differential for nights and weekend shifts

Status: PRN, varied shifts (8 hr shifts) - 6a-2p, 2p-10p or 10p-6am, rotating weekend PRN coverage required, NO benefits package

Your role & responsibilities include:

• Completing assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing care
• Administers medications as assigned and serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses; including educating residents about their medications
• Check for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policy
• Respond to and assesses resident's medical needs and promotes and provides health care teaching to residents
• Be proactive in identifying potential crisis situations and responding appropriately
• Function as a leader on the unit to ensure the unit is operating in a safe and therapeutic manner

Your Qualifications include:

• Licensed as a RN in the State of Utah or authorization to practice
• Prefer one year of experience, BUT are willing to consider the right new graduate
• Possess a strong work ethic, responsible attendance and punctuality
• Must be capable of passing a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen
