What you will do:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foam Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for POG market, specifically targeting refineries, chemical plants end users, A&E firms, you will work closely with our existing customer base and develop new business opportunities to increase our market share. The territory manager will have responsibility for achieving sales and margin goals for the territory. Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region (Texas & Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi) Candidate must also live within the assigned region.
How you will do it:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth in the Industrial/POG market systems business
Identify new business opportunities and develop sales leads to increase market share
Understand the competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies as needed to remain competitive
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to maximize customer satisfaction
Develop and present sales proposals to customers that align with their needs and budgets
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to management
Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and services
Maintain a strong understanding of our product line and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
What we look for:
Required
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product sales
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong relationship building and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with MS Office products and CRM tools
Strong leadership characteristics
Strong organization and time-management skills
Preferred
Preferred candidate will have sales experience in similar or related products within the foam fire protection products segment
Preferred candidate will have knowledge of foam agents, foam systems, and/or similar related products
Business degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering and or Field experience of Foam and foam applications
