Fusion Imaging is one of the leading and largest wide format printers in the country. We specialize in the management, production, and installation of tradeshow and event graphics. Our capabilities range from rigid substrates to dye-sub fabric to full custom trade show booths. We are seeking an energetic, full-time Project Manager to take on our client's complex projects offering service at the highest level.

The Project Manager is expected to be a key stakeholder in our client's signage projects from initiation to closing, serving as a partner and expert consultant to find and solve problems with creative solutions. This is a very rewarding position that allows you to work with a wide variety of people in interesting places, and gives you the opportunity to see your work come to life. Success will depend on your ability to plan well, work hard, and collaborate with others to work towards common goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work and communicate directly with clients
  • Manage client expectations from project initiation to closing ensuring a successful outcome and high level of satisfaction
  • Act as a partner and expert consultant throughout every step of the planning process
  • Develop signage project plans for clients detailing substrates, installation, timeframes, and costs
  • Conduct site surveys and take accurate, reliable field measurements
  • Create and implement installation plans utilizing internal resources and third party vendors
  • Ensure the full scope of all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Create art templates and assist with facilitating artwork delivery and approval
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, vendors, and internal production team
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Assist other team members and production staff as needed

Qualifications

  • Highly energetic, positive, customer satisfaction focused mindset
  • Ability to be proactive to mitigate risks but also to maintain composure and offer creative solutions in time sensitive situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both clients and production team
  • Working knowledge of shared documents (Google Docs, Google Sheets, BaseCamp, etc.)
  • Understanding of digital art creation and production, Adobe Suite experience is a benefit
  • Understanding of the print industry
  • Event industry experience is a plus
  • This position requires the ability to travel independently ~30% of your time
  • Onsite installations often require long hours and weekend work
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
