In the role of a Grants Operations Coordinator you will be working in our Cancer Center. All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX, and UT. Purpose Coordinates the pre-award planning, organization, and preparation of clinical trial contracts and protocol amendments. Interacts with CTO managers, investigators, pharmaceutical representatives, MCW grant office analysts, third party vendor and other institutional partners to ensure that clinical protocols are processed within service standard timelines and in compliance with regulatory, funding agency, and policy requirements. Primary Functions Knowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and records management. Data utilization, complex problem solving, critical thinking, resource management, and writing skills.
