We are seeking a Specialist, Program Management to join our Missile Solutions Sector to lead Minuteman III Post Boost Rocket Engine (PSRE) Sustainment activities at Hill AFB, Utah. In this role you will be responsible for managing an engineering contract focused on sustainment and maintenance of the liquid propulsion system used in the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) program. You will ensure the efficient execution of the contract, coordinating with the contract prime customer and Air Force program office, and successful delivery of all program requirements. This role also serves as the lead of a small team team residing at AR's customer facility on Hill AFB.
This position may be filled at this level or one level higher.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline and at least ten (10) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with in-space liquid propulsion systems and the MMIII program is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
US Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (U.S. Citizenship required). Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
